"Messaged on a Friday inquiring about some roof and gutter work. Received a call within 5 minutes, and someone arrived at the house within 30 minutes. Following an inspection and some suggestions, I was promised a quote before end of day. There was zero sales pressure, and he told me that when I received the quote to let him know if I wanted to schedule or if it was thanks but no thanks. About an hour later I received a quote that I believed was more than fair and agreed to their servicing of the roof and gutters, and alterations to the lengths and directions of the downspouts. I was told no later than Tuesday they would be here to complete the job, however I received a text that evening telling me they would be out the next day because they wanted to have the job completed before an expected rainstorm on Saturday night. (I was having issues with the downspouts dumping the water towards the house) They arrived the next day, Saturday, around 7:45 am and were finished by mid morning. All of the downspouts required physical alterations and most were re-routed for better movement of water away from the house and garage. They cleaned up all debris and even leaf blew around my house which left it looking better when they left than when they arrived. I paid after the job was complete and inspected. Quick response, good price, fast completion with quality work, more than keeping their word for timelines, and cleaning up before they left is, unfortunately, the exception nowadays and I’ll definitely call them the next time I have roof or gutter needs. I used them about six years ago to fix a leaky roof, requiring the replacement of some sheathing, and resealing all the seams around pipes, chimneys, etc and had the exact same good-business experience then. Highly recommend."

"From the Lowery's in Silver Creek. First, they replaced some aluminum fascia and did an amazing job. Great price. Then we had a roof leak that we were able to spot but called them again to fix. "Our roof started leaking Tuesday evening and I began looking for roofers Wednesday morning. I looked at google review for best roofers (rating/number of ratings/review itself) and Wheeler’s Roofing was amongst the top. I called them and immediately got in touch with Andrew Wheeler who said he could stop by to check out the leak at lunchtime when I would be able to come and be there. Within 15 minutes of being at our house he located the leak and was on our roof measuring so he could give us 3 estimates (repair/metal & shingle replacement). He was incredibly informative and communicative as to what we could expect (cost/time/warranty/work). My husband and I decided to go with them and they were able to set the job for Sunday morning-texting us with updates when it looked like rain might hinder the job.
Every single review on their promptness, cleanliness once complete, work excellence, and cost was SPOT ON. They were above and beyond in every single area and didn’t leave a piece of trash behind. Start to finish was 5 hours and all pictures from the rooftop were sent to me (and others I didn’t post) along the process from Andrew Wheeler. He and his whole team were incredibly polite and mindful of making sure they put everything back where it was supposed to be and taking care with our home.
